Sioux Falls: Food Packing - Help Feed Families, Kids & Seniors (2025)

Description

Our goal is distribute an additional 500,000 meals in the month of November!

Join us at our distribution center and play a key role in ensuring South Dakota families have the nourishment they need to reach their fullest potential. 

What You'll Do:

Your tasks may vary, but they’re all about putting food on the table! Shifts last up to 2 hours and may include:

 

  • BackPack Program : Help us pack food for kids.
  • Food Box Packing : Pack food boxes for our local seniors or for mobile distributions that support families.
  • Food Sorting and Quality Assurance: Sort food donations or produce to ensure they are safe for distribution.

 

Age Requirements:

For safety, all volunteers must be 11 years or older, and those under 14 should bring a parent or guardian to help out.
